Georgetown University Certificate in Early Intervention (GU CEI),

School of Continuing Studies, Center for Continuing and Professional
Development, is a hybrid program offering a variety of courses and takes less than a year to complete
The GU Certificate Program utilizes distance education in combination with short-term intensive classroom-based instruction. The main purpose of the GU CEI is to meet the critical need for training in comprehensive, evidenced-based early intervention practices.

- Professionals who provide early intervention/early childhood services including practitioners (PT, OT, SPL, Psychologists, etc.), policy makers, and administrators
- Executives responsible for creating and implementing early intervention/early childood programs
- Advocates for families and young children
- Health care finance officials who develop and implement payment contracts with providers and programs
